In order to meet our rental qualification, you must:
You must be able to show proof of income showing you make 3 times the monthly rent.
You must not owe any other landlord, rental community or property manager unpaid monies.
You must not have any utilities in collection or a history of unpaid utilities or rent.
You must not have any felony convictions, violent crime convictions, drug convictions or evidence of repeat criminal or civil violations or activities.
You must have no evictions or have been filed against in civil court for either violation of lease or city ordinances or for non-payment of rent.
